We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer in India to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for Observo AI’s products. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering, product, and customer success teams to produce comprehensive guides, API references, how-to articles, and technical resources that help users and internal teams understand and leverage our solutions. Your ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content will be essential to our customers' success.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Observo AI’s products, including user manuals, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accurate and thorough documentation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create and update technical content that aligns with new product features, updates, and customer feedback.
- Ensure all documentation follows consistent style guidelines and standards to maintain quality and clarity.
- Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback and evolving product functionality.
- Assist in the development of internal knowledge bases and training materials for the customer support team.
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
- Familiarity with API documentation, cloud-based software, and SaaS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Experience writing for audiences in the security, observability, or cloud infrastructure domains.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
