Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with a proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise solutions in the security and observability space and experience managing complex accounts. You will be pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their success while expanding Observo AI’s footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a world-class experience.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales, engineering, and product teams to align customer needs with Observo AI’s offerings.
  • Understand customer objectives and develop strategic account plans to achieve both customer success and business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize customer ROI and  revenue.
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, with at least 2 years representing a SaaS based solution.
  • Proven experience in managing large enterprise accounts, particularly in the security, observability, security, or performance management sectors.
  • Background in working for a startup and navigating the unique challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven technologies, cybersecurity, cloud resilience, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SaaS solutions and enterprise software sales.
  • Understanding of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, cloud services, or incident response technologies.
  • Technical background or the ability to understand and discuss complex technical solutions with clients.
